1. Our chocolate products are all handmade. If there is insufficient stock, we may need time to produce the product. The general production time is 2-4 working days depending on the quantity. If we receive your order but do not have sufficient stock, we will contact you to inform you of the expected delivery time. Please note that we cannot refund any payments that have already been made.
2. Chocolate may contain dairy or nut ingredients.
3. Most of our chocolate products contain alcohol and are not suitable for children or those with alcohol allergies.
4. Store chocolate in a dry, cool place with a temperature between 12-18℃ and relative humidity below 60%.
5. Our chocolate is handmade, and the appearance and size of each piece may vary.
6. The chocolate images are for reference only, and the actual product may differ in color and texture. Please refer to the actual product.
7. Once the goods have been delivered and received, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
8. In case of any disputes, our company reserves the right to make the final decision.

4. 朱古力需儲存在乾燥、陰涼，温度在12 - 18℃，相對濕度60%以下地方。

7. 當貨物送達收妥後，任何產品不設退換。
