I love to see the immense joy it brings
and the appreciation of liquor
certainly brings people closer.
I'm Alex, a chocolatier and chef pâtissier.
I have spent my entire professional life
perfecting the skill of making chocolate and pasty
in hotels for 30 years.
Chocolate and pastry has always been
an important part of my life.
When we met, we decided to put forward
our expertise and knowledge in both liquor and chocolate
to produce high quality handcrafted liquor-filled chocolates
that is a revelation to your palate.

我很喜歡與人分享美酒。
分享快樂，分享經驗，酒讓我們更懂得身邊的人。
我是Alex, 一位餅藝師，
朱古力創作是我的專業，製作朱古力甜品超過三十年，
在酒店工作的時間裡每天創作及製作朱古力，
朱古力常常在我的人生中。
有一天，當我們相遇，我們決定要創作能
震驚味蕾的酒心朱古力。
